ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Thomas E. O'Brien is a
retired executive who makes his home in North Carolina, but spends a good
deal of his time at his townhouse in Massachusetts doing what pleases him,
watching his grandchildren grow up. He finds times to write when he's
resting in North Carolina.
His
previous works, County Justice,
Pain of Silence, Corporate
Rough and Digger's
Place are still available in books stores or on-line. Tom's most
recent work, The Past is Never Dead was released in September. Tom is working diligently on his seventh novel Forget
the Folly. He has also authored a children's book, The
Magic of Finbar, that was released on March 15, 2011.
Tom has always said, "Writing is its own reward but
recognition is inspirational." He loves to write and is considered a
good storyteller. Tom loves having a booklover tell him they enjoyed his
novel. In fact he has said, "Having
a reader tell you they take pleasure in your book is the only moment that
surpasses the thrill of seeing your work published. "
